The Starting End

Pray tell, what is the age that you have reached,
For your soul tells a story of old
So ripe for the youth on the skin of your face
So wise, for the number of years that you hold

From where comes your spirit
The knowledge, your sense?
This depth, holds capture my awe

My intuition, so keen,
Says this lifes not your first,
That you’ve lived so many before

A child in body yet gifting each,
You encounter along your road
Relinquishing pain with the touch of your hand,
Angel’s wings on you bestowed

An aura that I’ve, not seen before,
You lift the timid,
When you are near
Solace is seen in your glistening eyes,
A wonder of Earths wildest frontier

One day to the gate, my soul, will be delivered,
The gate I know,
That she has walked through
End comfort I’ll find, from my mortal day
Because of you, sacred child,
Draped in heavens hue
