Young boy ran barefoot,
Unfamiliar pain
As he skinned his toe
Falls in to his mother’s arms
Let’s his tears now flow
Not picked for the team,
Weakness can’t show
Left out on the side
Turns his head down to his arm
To hide his
Watery eyes
Gather strength
Learn fast young man
How to protect your pride
No time for weakness in this world
Your tears now you must hide
But God gave a gift
When life gets hard
When times no longer sweet,
He gave for that his gift of tears
For our eyes to greet
When bitter of pain
Cripples your way
Eats away your core,
Call power of tears
To flush it out
Help your mind restore
Like happiness ignites
A rejoice full glee
That follows with a smile,
Know that God has given tears
To stop the pain a while
They mend the heart
Restore the faith
Remind us it’s all right,
To be how He’s created us
With tears in our Gods sight

That this moved you so, Star, is for me, the most moving comment that I have ever received. You never know, but can only hope that who ever reads, will be able to feel your meaning. I am honored this touched you xxx
