Never trust that you won’t forget

the line you memorized last night

The head ready to go but slept

The mind already out of sight

In the morning sun fresh and bright

The poem with the killer start

for all to read with such delight

forgotten now it breaks the heart

Inspired by The Arkside of Thought writing his first Huitain. It took more time than I thought. Fun 🙂
